I made Samantha a dress and I am so thrilled! I used this pattern.
She told me she didn't like it and it needs to be purple (her favorite color).
Gotta love 3 year olds!
Kimball came home from work and asked if that is the only thing I did all day...
I told him "No"...I fed the kids and probably wiped their bums 3 or 4 times...
Other than that, not much else was accomplished...
It is far from perfect, but I love it!!
I'll make one for Nellie. She doesn't have a favorite color yet :)

We moved our garden to the south side of our house.
I'm hoping with it being closer to the house, I will be able to watch the kids outside and garden.
We shall see...

Our 50 chicks have arrived. They are so cute when they are little.
The kids can't get enough of them.
These are our meat birds. It will take them about 8 weeks to fatten.
My children look like orphans... somedays we wear pajamas all day. They don't mind :)
She got herself dressed today :) She is so full of personality!
I finally finished Samantha's quilt! I started it here.
Originally, it was supposed to be like this one here but I couldn't figure it out :)
So...I ended up leaving the stars with a raw edge and tied the quilt.
I'm really loving it!
Since it has been on Samantha's bed, she hasn't came into our bed at night!
Total coincidence I know...
but I like to tell myself it's because of her new bright and colorful quilt...
or maybe it has something to do with us shutting her door at night...
she thinks she can't get out ;)
